Hands down the best office and team. Feels like family when you walk in, calming environment and beautiful setting. I’ve been going here for almost five years now and make a 30 minute drive just to see everyone. OBG Inc was built on a simple idea: help people do something real with their land. Whether that means clearing acres of timber, grading a site, or framing a custom home from the ground up, we show up with the equipment and the experience to get it done. We serve homeowners, landowners, and property managers across Owensboro, Kentucky, Spencer County, Indiana, Santa Claus, Indiana, and the surrounding region.
The owner started OBG Inc because he wanted to help people turn their property goals into something they could actually stand on. That drive still shapes how we work every day. We are not a company that hands off your project to a subcontractor and disappears. We run the equipment, cut the trees, and build the structure ourselves.
Our crew handles a wide range of ground-up work. We build custom homes and barndominium-style structures designed around how you actually want to live. We also take on land clearing, site development, tree removal, and storm cleanup. If a storm dropped trees across your property or you need raw land prepared for a build, we have the machines and the manpower to move it forward.
We operate our own excavation and hardscaping services, so site prep and finish work stay under one roof. We also offer forest mulching, which turns cleared brush and timber into ground cover rather than a burn pile. Our 40-foot trailer lets us haul heavy equipment directly to your site, and our electrical capabilities mean fewer gaps between phases of your project.
